- We keep expanding Teliqon with features that actually make a difference in day-to-day business. One example is our Hotel Management module, which lets hotels run operations directly through the PBX system. Another is the Unreturned Missed Call Report — a simple but powerful way to make sure potential clients don’t slip through the cracks.
- On top of that, we’ve rolled out new admin tools, smoother auto-provisioning, CRM integration templates for flexible setup, contact sync via LDAP, the Call Note feature, better status sync with Teams, and easier IP phone configuration. Put simply: everything we build is there to make communication faster, more reliable, and easier to manage.

- We kept taking part at the big industry events — from ICE Spain to MWC Barcelona. For us at Teliqon, and really for SaaS telephony as a whole, conferences aren’t just events. They’re growth engines. This is where you meet partners, future clients, and industry leaders in person. It’s where new ideas, agreements, and collaborations are born.
- No Zoom call can replace the kind of understanding you get when you meet someone face-to-face. Conferences also give us a front-row seat to new tech trends, a chance to learn from others, and plenty of inspiration. - At Teliqon, we don't cease to explode the capabilities of our platform, focusing on real business needs our clients talk about. We introduced Live Chat — integrated directly with our Cloud PBX on company websites — along with support for Facebook Messenger to enable faster communication with customers.
- Enhanced integration with Microsoft Teams, flexible custom ring strategies, call waiting prompts, and multilingual voicemail instructions all give our clients the tools to deliver a modern, seamless, and professional service to their users.

- We kept actively representing Teliqon at leading international events, strengthening our position in the global market. Our team participated in major industry gatherings such as IFX Expo UAE (Dubai), MWC Spain (Barcelona), Capacity UAE (Dubai), SBC Summit (Malta), MAC (Yerevan), CIS (Almaty), WWC Spain (Madrid), and GCCM Germany (Berlin).
- These events became platforms for strategic networking, knowledge exchange, and showcasing our solutions to international partners. We don’t just follow trends — we help shape them.
2024: A Year of Expansion and New Frontiers
- For Teliqon, 2024 became a turning point in development. That year, we created dedicated divisions for marketing and SMS services, which allowed us to promote the brand more actively and expand the range of solutions we offered. Our client geography grew rapidly, covering countries across Europe — including Romania, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, and beyond.
- Even before 2024, we had considered launching an MVNO. But it was one international conference that gave us the push to turn the idea into practice. Today, our MVNO direction is focused on European markets, where we plan to deploy a full-scale infrastructure for a new level of mobile connectivity.
What We Learned Growing Up
- Like any young company, we weren’t immune to mistakes at the start. The biggest ones were the lack of management skills and limited delegation. Everything ran on enthusiasm, but it slowed down scaling and led to overload.
- We quickly realized that without proper distribution of responsibility and clear processes, growth would be impossible. These challenges taught us to build a team that is not only technically strong but also organizationally effective. That was the turning point when Teliqon began its transformation from an enthusiasts’ project into a stable business with a growth strategy
Midpoint: First Step Onto Global Stage
- To better understand market needs and attract new clients, we began actively participating in international industry events. In 2023, the Teliqon team represented the company at Sigma Cyprus and WWC Spain in Madrid.
- These events became more than just platforms for networking and partnerships — they gave us deeper insights into global trends in telecommunications and SaaS, and laid the foundation for launching our SMS direction the following year. We listened, analyzed, engaged — and used those insights to refine our products so they could meet the expectations of clients across different markets.
Security and Resilience as a Standard
- At Teliqon, security and operational stability have been a priority since day one. For more than a year, we tested different data centers to select only the most reliable. Today, our infrastructure runs across multiple locations simultaneously, ensuring resilience and uninterrupted service.
- This approach minimizes downtime risk and provides fast access from anywhere in the world. For us, security isn’t a one-time effort but an ongoing process — constantly evolving, improving, and adopting new technologies that meet the latest standards and business expectations.
Built on Belief, Scaled With People
- We officially established Teliqon with headquarters in Estonia and began active operations. In the early days, besides the two co-founders, just a few part-time specialists joined us — people who believed in our approach and supported the idea from the very start. Some of them later moved to full-time, becoming the foundation of our core team.
- Growth came gradually. The first to join were support engineers, who became the backbone of our customer operations. Soon after, managers and developers followed, and we started shaping a structure that allowed us to scale effectively and meet the demands of the market.
Our First Clients, Our First Validation
- Our first services focused on outsourcing for call centers — handling everything the market truly needed, from infrastructure setup to process support. Most of the early orders came through word of mouth or even freelance platforms.
- The hardest part of the first year wasn’t the technical execution, but finding those first clients. We were engineers, not salespeople, so we had to learn as we went — how to negotiate, how to sell, how to build trust. That experience became the foundation for Teliqon’s future growth. Our earliest clients came from Cyprus and Eastern Europe.
Global Coverage, Growing Ecosystem
- Teliqon built partnerships with leading providers of virtual phone numbers, covering more than 170 countries worldwide. This allowed us to launch services with international reach from day one.
- At the same time, we expanded our ecosystem of integrations, creating flexible and scalable solutions that adapt to business needs. This turned Teliqon into more than just a telecom platform — it positioned us as a technology partner that helps companies work smarter and scale faster.
Personal Savings, Own Resource, Shared & Sharp Vision
- Teliqon began as the initiative of two co-founders who, in the early days, wore every hat — from handling technical tasks to product development. Our initial budget was nothing more than personal savings, and our main assets were knowledge and determination.
- After carefully analyzing the industry’s challenges, we set our focus on building flexible technical solutions designed to address real business needs. Our first integration, with Zoho CRM, set the foundation for the product architecture that followed. We mapped out a three-year plan for functionality and integrations, and from the very beginning, there was no hesitation — only a strong conviction that we were moving in the right direction.
Inciting Incident of the Technological Challenge
- Even before Teliqon was founded, our team faced a series of systemic problems in the telecom market. Reliable service was scarce, modern products were missing, and technology wasn’t being used to its full potential. The market was fragmented, and the industry as a whole lagged behind. Many solutions still looked like they belonged to the previous decade, even though the tools to move forward already existed.
- That was our wake-up call. We saw not just gaps, but an opportunity — the chance to build a company that could set a new standard for telecommunications services
