Outbound Specialist

Teliqon, a reliable communication solutions provider, offers innovative services including SIP Trunking, DID, Cloud PBX, and SMS solutions. Our mission is to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency using next-gen telecom technologies. 
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Outbound Specialist to support the development of our outbound sales function.

This role is focused on prospecting, outreach, and process building, rather than full-cycle sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and contributing to the setup and optimization of outbound workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on ICP and campaign requirements
  • Conduct outbound outreach via: Email campaigns, LinkedIn
  • Occasional cold calling (when applicable)
  • Write and optimize cold outreach sequences (email and LinkedIn)
  • Set up and manage outbound campaigns using automation tools
  • Test messaging, targeting, and campaign structures (A/B testing)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (pipeline management, lead tracking)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, conversion to meetings)

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales (Email + LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, HeyReach or similar
  • Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to write cold email and LinkedIn sequences independently
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
  • English level B2+ (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, telecom, or related industries
  • Experience with cold calling in international markets
  • Familiarity with Clay
