Voice Sales Manager

Teliqon is a reliable cloud communication platform that provides innovative telecom solutions, including SIP Trunking, DID, Cloud PBX, and SMS services. Our mission is to enhance customer engagement and boost operational efficiency through next-generation communication technologies.

We are seeking skilled VoIP Telecommunications Sales with a minimum of 2 years experience in the telecommunications industry (Voice).

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Keep abreast of current technology trends.
  • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
  • Leverage the CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios. 
  • Design customized, cost-effective solutions for the client.
  • Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements.
  • Create sales material and customized presentations to present to customers.
  • Interaction with marketing, advertising and content departments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of real proven experience in VoIP industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and methods for promoting, demonstrating, and selling products and services- including but not limited to: prospecting, negotiating, and closing techniques, marketing strategies, product presentations, and sales control systems.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to attend VoIP & Telecom conferences worldwide.
  • Will be a big plus:
  • Other foreign languages skills.
  • Experience in selling products such as SIP Trunk, Cloud PBX, AutoDialer.
  • CRM sales experience.
  • Work experience or open to studying new tools( AI,chat GPT, Gemini and others)
