The project was mainly about making communication more manageable as the number of incoming requests continued to grow. Teliqon helped us set up a Cloud PBX, connect Virtual Phone Numbers for different regions, and organize communication analytics so we could better understand how requests move between teams.
They also configured the routing structure and centralized communication processes, which made daily coordination much easier. After implementation, we noticed that missed calls dropped by about 31%, while response speed improved by nearly 28% because requests were being distributed more clearly and consistently between departments.

What we like most about Teliqon is how effectively their call tracking, cloud telephony, and smart call routing solutions improved our communication processes. After implementation, we reduced missed calls by nearly 29% and improved lead response speed by around 33%. The platform is stable, easy to manage, and gives us clear visibility into where leads come from and how they are handled. Their technical team was also very responsive during setup and explained all details clearly.
One limitation we noticed is that most of the documentation is currently available only in English, so some onboarding questions required additional communication with support. However, their team responds quickly and provides detailed explanations.

Organized Communication and Faster Response Times with Teliqon.
What we like best about Teliqon is that it helped us make communication much more organized as our workload grew. We reduced missed calls by around 27% and improved response time by nearly 34%, which made day-to-day coordination between teams much easier. We used Teliqon’s Cloud PBX to set up phone support in six countries. All virtual numbers, no offices, no complicated onboarding. Teliqon helped us launch outbound sales in 24 hours.
The ease of setup. We were up and running within 24 hours — zero technical blockers. Also, the Auto Dialer efficiency: skipping voicemails and dead numbers makes a big difference in actual talk time.
The CRM integration keeps everything clean, and local presence dialing really boosted our pickup rates. Plus, we appreciated the responsive support — they actually care.
I wish some advanced dashboard features (like detailed performance comparisons by campaign) were more customizable but it's rather feedback than an obstacle, everyting worked perfectly
We wanted to start exploring outbound sales but had zero infrastructure in place. Teliqon’s Lead Checker and Reputation Checker APIs were dead simple to integrate, and they immediately started flagging bad numbers and sketchy entries in our clients' CRMs. It helped clean up dirty data before any outreach happened, which boosted answer rates and reduced bouncebacks. Effective tool for CRM data check
Honestly, Teliqon handled a problem we didn’t even know was this annoying until we saw it solved. Our clients’ B2B tools were getting bogged down by garbage leads — fake numbers, flagged numbers, etc. Once we dropped Teliqon’s Lead Checker into the flow, we started seeing cleaner call results, fewer errors, and better campaign performance. Solid tool, and their team is responsive and chill to work with. Would definitely use it again on future CRM or sales platform builds.

Super easy API integration. We used the Lead Checker + Reputation Checker to clean up client CRM data before syncing it to live environments and third-party integrations. Helped us flag bad numbers and filter out spam-trapped leads. Also, the validation was really fast. Saved our devs a ton of time building custom checks. It’s also one of those rare tools that quietly increases internal efficiency while also directly reducing operational costs. Huge win.
Cons
The docs were solid, but we wouldn’t mind a couple more ready-to-use code snippets in different languages. Not a blocker, just would’ve made onboarding even faster.
